By using this website, contacting us through the quote-request form, or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Steadfast Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services across Arizona’s East Valley, including Florence, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and Mesa. Specific treatments, pricing, and warranties are described at the time of service.
Program description. The Steadfast Appointment Notifications program sends transactional SMS messages to customers who have opted in. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up regarding scheduled pest control service.
How to opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote-request form, by replying YES to a verbal confirmation request, or by providing express written consent during service intake.
Message frequency. Frequency varies; typically 1–4 messages per appointment.
Carrier costs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Steadfast Pest Control is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages from us. Reply HELP or contact us at service@steadfastpestcontrol.com or (520) 912-0194 for assistance. Replying UNSTOP or START after opting out resumes messages.
Supported carriers.SMS is supported on the major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steadfast Pest Control is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the SMS messaging program. Service contracts and warranties for pest control work are governed by the agreement signed at the time of service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
