The situation
Trapping rodents without sealing the home just creates vacancy. We start with exclusion: closing every gap larger than a quarter, then trap, sanitize droppings, and monitor.

Our process
The order of operations.
Step 01
Entry-point survey
We inspect roof lines, weep holes, pipe penetrations, and garage door seals. Every gap larger than 1/4 inch is documented.
Step 02
Exclusion & sealing
We seal entry points with materials rodents can’t chew through: sheet metal, hardware cloth, and concrete patch.
Step 03
Trapping & sanitation
Snap traps and tamper-resistant bait stations in safe locations. We remove droppings and sanitize impacted areas.
