Steadfast is owned and run by Ibsen Vela, born and raised in Arizona and trained on the specific pests this state throws at people. We started small on purpose: small enough that every job is personal, big enough to handle the worst of what the desert sends.
- Why “Steadfast”
“Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.”
That verse is painted on every truck we run. It’s where the name Steadfast comes from, and it’s how we think about the work: show up, do it right, stand behind it.
What we stand for

When you call Steadfast, you reach Ibsen, not a dispatcher. He walks every property himself and stays accountable for the result.
We don’t service half of Arizona. We work seven cities in the East Valley so we can get there fast and stay until the job is done.
